About the foundation

Care should not depend on what a family can pay to be treated.

Health Hope Foundation LBG was founded by three friends who saw how financial hardship, limited resources, and lack of access can keep families from treatment they need. Incorporated in Ghana in September 2025, the work is simple and serious: remove barriers, preserve dignity, and help people reach care in time.

Our story

Three friends, one shared conviction: access to care should not be a privilege.

Health & Hope began with a clear frustration: too many families were delaying treatment, skipping follow-up, or carrying fear into clinics because the cost of care was already too heavy.

The foundation exists to strengthen communities by removing financial barriers to healthcare. That can mean direct support for treatment, practical resources around a clinic visit, or collaboration with local partners who already understand the families they serve.

Because the organisation is newly incorporated, the operating promise matters from the start: listen first, protect dignity, work with trusted partners, and keep donors close enough to understand what their support made possible.
